Content: Routine Maintenance Management of Machine Unit
1. 20ST Series products are provided with 12 months' free repair and maintenance service.
40ST Series products are provided with 24 months' free repair and maintenance service.
2. Present at site within 24 hours after received failure declaration.
3. Provide service as:
① Restore common failure within 24 hours.
② Restored within 48 hours for component replacement required.
Maintenance Service Exceed Quality Assurance Period
1. Lifelong follow-up maintenance.
2. Provide equipment components in cost price.
3. Provide maintenance in cost price.
Maintenance Service within Warranty Period of the Project
1. Offer free repair and maintenance service for one year.
2. Present at site within 12 hours after received failure declaration.
3. Provide service as:
① Restore common failure within 8 hours.
② Restored within 48 hours for component replacement required.
Lifetime Maintenance Service of the Project
After-sale engineer provide the free maintenance for the first time. Offer lifetime maintenance. Only charge the cost price of the part if it needs to be changed.
